A full bodied, soft tasting London dry gin created by Chef Carlo Biggio. The chef wanted as distinctive ingredients of his gin elcriso and santolina herbs. These wild herbs are coming from the Sant’Antioco island out of the south-west Sardinian coast.
This generous mix of herbs and aromas are used by Carlo to cook is called Buggia.
Carlo looked for a gin that can go with all his dished in complete harmony keeping the taste and aroma that are typical of his cuisine.
